Professor C. K. Noble held international visiting professorships and fellowships in countries namely Germany, Austria, China, Finland, Brazil and other. She served as tenured associate professor of Strategic Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior in New Haven, Connecticut, U.S.A. from 2008 to 2013. Noble chaired international panels in Brussels for funding allocation and also worked as senior executive management trainer in Germany for a big corporation. She held positions in the banking and insurance industry.
