After gaining first hand experience in the corporate world, Professor Noble earned a PhD from the University College of London in two different fields of social sciences. It specializes in the area of International Business Management and the other filed concentrates in the area of Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resources Management (HRM).
In 2012, Noble became a tenured associate professor of Strategic Human Resources Management in Connecticut, U.S.A.
Currently, Noble is a Research Professor and is often consulted for her crucial perspectives in international management.
